Lucas Properties is a family run business in Columbia, South Carolina. Andrew and Michelle began the company in 2010 as a vehicle to provide for their newly formed family. They were married in late 2010 and now have 3 amazing children.
Lucas Properties has grown from the original 4 properties to dozens of rentals and multiple rehabs each year. Their goal is to provide homeowners with a quick, and fair option to their house selling needs. They also provide safe, secure, updated, and economical homes for their Soda City neighbors to lease. Being lifelong residents of Columbia has instilled the notion that southern hospitality still rules here.
